Para ello estamos desarrollando s\u00f3lidos nanoporosos, en los que se pueden aprovechar las elevad\u00edsimas superficies internas y adaptar f\u00e1cilmente las interacciones. En el lecho de contacto, con un elevado flujo de aire de entrada a trav\u00e9s de los monolitos, se requiere una buena captaci\u00f3n de equilibrio cuando el nivel de CO<sub>2<\/sub> es de s\u00f3lo 420 ppm. Adem\u00e1s, en esta cama deben cumplirse otros criterios importantes. Entre ellas se incluyen la r\u00e1pida cin\u00e9tica de la absorci\u00f3n de CO<sub>2<\/sub> y la f\u00e1cil desorci\u00f3n a temperaturas moderadas, y adem\u00e1s la absorci\u00f3n no deber\u00eda verse demasiado afectada por la presencia de algo de humedad en la corriente de aire. Estos estrictos requisitos, que en SOLDAC comprobamos que pueden cumplirse, restringen el n\u00famero de materiales adecuados a algunos candidatos clave. Se trata de recubrir con agua polvos microcristalinos de buena consistencia sobre un soporte monol\u00edtico o de dar forma de gr\u00e1nulos a los materiales en polvo utilizando aditivos aglutinantes. Los gr\u00e1nulos pueden utilizarse en lechos de adsorci\u00f3n, donde no generan una contrapresi\u00f3n apreciable cuando los gases fluyen a trav\u00e9s de ellos.
