es un proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n multinacional financiado por la UE que est\u00e1 desarrollando nuevas y mejores formas de fabricar productos qu\u00edmicos utilizando di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO2) y luz solar. Existe un gran potencial para reemplazar gran parte de los combustibles f\u00f3siles que se utilizan hoy en d\u00eda para fabricar combustibles y productos qu\u00edmicos \u00fatiles, mediante el uso de energ\u00eda solar y catalizadores avanzados para convertir el CO2 en, por ejemplo, etileno, como precursor de los pl\u00e1sticos.
